Return Policy

At NYOL, returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photo or video proof of the issue must be provided
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged based on product availability and eligibility. Replaced products will be delivered to you within 7 days
