Information We Collect
- Personal information such as name, phone number, email, and delivery address provided during orders, contact messages, or story submissions.
- Usage data after you accept analytics: pages, clicks, scroll, cart changes, product views, coupons, checkout steps, store searches, outbound links, device/browser, approximate city, referrer, and campaign tags. If you check out or submit a form, we may link that visit to your email.
- Optional analytics tools after consent: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (including session recordings of the page). Form fields such as email, phone, and address are masked in recordings.
- Crash diagnostics (page path, error message, and browser) so we can repair site failures. These reports do not include form passwords or payment card details and do not require analytics consent.
- A basic page-open signal (page path and device class) so we can see the site is working. This is not used for marketing.
- Cookies used to remember theme, cart, consent choice, and — if you accept — analytics session identity.
