Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order with the order details.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
