Refund Policy

At NYOL, we process refunds in line with the conditions below. Full Refunds are issued only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.

To qualify for a refund

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue must be provided
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are refundable only when the issue arises due to damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment.
