Refund Policy
At NYOL Hydration Pvt. Ltd., we process refunds in line with the conditions below. Full Refunds are issued only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are refundable only when the issue arises due to damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment.
